Each piece is handmade, which means they each have their own quirks and are like nothing else. This makes the pieces extra unique and special. I recommend washing by hand to help the pieces last a long time <3
In the unlikely event of your pieces arriving damaged, please email studio_eve@outlook.com with pictures within 72 hours of receiving your parcel & you will be provided with a refund. The ceramic pieces are one of a kind and sadly cannot be replaced.
